My name is Louie Mantia. I’m an artist and designer, with a 20-year focus on icon design and illustration.
I’ve designed for Apple, Disney, Pixar, Nike, Starbucks, Target, Notion, Patreon, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. I also developed alien languages for Rebel Moon on Netflix and created artwork for Shanghai Disneyland.
I operate Parakeet, an icon design studio, with Luka Grafera. We’re excited to help you with projects of any size.
In addition to writing this blog and making icons for fun, I also create playing cards for Junior, fonts for Crown, and apps for Kadomaru.
